At Snake Oil Provisions, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day window for returns or exchanges on all eligible unworn items. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the product is in its original condition to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip or return authorization form inside the box.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
